To automate this process, Cybernetic Instruments, Pune have introduced a low cost CNC routing machine with 5 axis routing capability. The machine has spindle head that can both rotate and tilt enabling all side routing of plastic part in single set up.Our Entry level Quick Rout 1212-5 has work envelope of 1200 X 1200 X 400 mm & accuracy of 0.3mm. It’s sophisticated control system is capable of simultaneous 5 axis routing operation. The control system accepts industry standard G & M codes. The standard model is fitted with rugged 1 HP spindle with speeds up to 30000 RPM.
